Bots often get a bad rap, but there are plenty of bots that are trying to make our lives easier and more efficient. These automated programs can do anything from ordering a pizza to hijacking accounts and costing companies millions of dollars, so it’s important to know the difference between the Good Bots and the Bad Bots.
