What inspired you to pursue a career in STEM?
I love solving math and science problems, I always got a lot of enjoyment and energy from the satisfaction of completing math assignments
What do you like best about your university’s STEM programs?
Virginia Tech has the best STEM teachers I could have asked for, they care so much about their students' success and even though my school has a large student body I feel like I am somebody here
What advice can you share to other young women pursuing STEM degrees?
You ARE smart enough. Truly, all it takes is a passion for math and science and you can exceed in your STEM field
Where do you see yourself in five years?
I expect I'll be getting a graduate degree or working out West. Or maybe I'll just be a gypsy with an Engineering Degree, it's really a toss up

I love learning languages! I speak French, working on German, and I'd love to learn Arabic in the future
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? Why?
My travel list is so long right now but if I were to pick this instant I would go to Ethiopia to see the Simian Mountains
